2010 Fall Ball Fees and Information

Add $7.49 if you live in unincorporated Pinellas or Palm Harbor
All players must have a completed registration form and medical release form. All fees are due at the time of registration. Show proof of valid Rec Card at registration. Rec cards for Palm Harbor and unincorporated Pinellas County residents are waived.
If you wish to volunteer in any capacity - don't forget to submit your volunteer form required by Little League Baseball, Inc. (Managers and Coaches - this also applies!) If you are unable to attend registration at the park, please send all documents and payment to: Countryside Little League, PO Box 14955, Clearwater, FL 33766. |
